The three tiers cover a single premises. If you operate several sites, or a floor area beyond the Large tier, tell us how many rooms you need to cover and we'll price it properly rather than making you buy three subscriptions.
Use the floor area customers have access to — the shop floor, the seating area, the treatment rooms and reception. Storerooms, offices and staff areas don't count. If you're between two tiers, take the larger one; you can change it later without losing your setup.
Not for our music. We own every track in the catalogue outright, so no licensing body has a claim on it and nothing for you to license. If you also play other music in the same space — the radio, a personal Spotify account, live musicians — those are separate and are not covered by us. Nothing here is legal advice; if a licensing body has already been in touch, deal with that correspondence directly.
Your subscription is signed in on one device at a time, which keeps a single premises on a single plan. You can move freely between your phone, a tablet and the machine behind the counter — signing in somewhere new simply signs the previous device out.
Nothing. It runs in a browser on any laptop, desktop or tablet, and there are mobile apps as well. Plug whatever device you already use into your existing speakers and you're running.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the period you've paid for. Yearly plans run for the full twelve months. The complete billing and cancellation terms are in our terms & conditions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout and are never received or stored by Ambience Ireland. We hold only the subscription record and the transaction status — see the privacy policy for the full detail.
Setup takes about two minutes, and the music is compliant from the first track.
